Renovation of an existing school site to allow for new access roads & parking areas, removal of existing modular structure, prep for new school wings, add new 2 story 12,287 SF classroom for middle school, new 13,445 SF gymnasium, remodel work at existing multipurpose wing, administration/classroom wing & library classroom wing.  Total new 25,732 SF construction classrooms wood frame with CMU veneer on concrete slab/foundation system. Gym is CMU with CMU veneer, steel joist metal deck roof, etc. with wood frame exterior & MEP.
